Caesar Salad

Fresh crisp romaine with our mustard croutons and homemade Caesar vinaigrette is a fresh and delicious start to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 heads of baby romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup of slices red onion slices that have been soaking in red wine vinegar for 1 hour, then drained
  • Caesar vinaigrette
  • Mustard parmesan croutons
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved with a vegetable peeler, to taste
  • Roasted bacon, optional
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Making It

  • Tear the lettuce until bite sized, add tomatoes and onions, toss with the Caesar vinaigrette. Plate it, then put croutons on top, shaved parmesan and one strip of the thickly sliced roast bacon
