Marcona Almonds have a natural sheen of oil which makes them easy to season. They are imported from Spain and are relieved sweet, so the seasoning is a tasty contrast. This is really done to taste but be warned they are highly addictive.
- 6 ounces Marcona Almonds
- Kosher sal
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Put the almonds in a mixing bowl and start by adding 1 tablespoon of kosher salt and 1/2 tablespoon of the freshly ground black pepper. mix and then taste, add more seasoning according to your taste
