Mother’s Day Brunch

Mother’s Day menus should be easy and delicious. Start off with a zucchini & caramelized onion tart. This is easy to do, the base is store bought pastry dough with thinly sliced zucchini, simple to make caramelized onions and a cheese mix. You can serve this with a dill buttermilk salad. This salad is inspired by Leon’s Fine Poultry and Oyster Shop in Charleston, SC and is also easy to make. You the salad off with a protein so its a full meal with roasted pesto shrimp. You can finish it all off with a delicious brownie trifle.
