Anytime there is a big tournament, playoff or major sporting event it is smart to put together a menu that gets easier to manage as the game intensifies. For the 2019 March Madness Finals we recommend an easy to make spicy blue cheese sauce with waffle potato chips. Just have this out to greet guests.

Before your guests arrive, make the appetizer, a crispy fried chicken wings. Since you already have a blue cheese dip try something different on these, a tarragon sriracha aioli which could not be easier to make. Take 1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and add 1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tarragon finely chopped and then 3-5 splashes for Sriracha, whisk together and you are ready to dip. If frying is not your thing then make some puff pastry pizza bites, an amazing discover from our favorite hotel in London.

The main dish should be baby back pork ribs in with a dry rub. These take about 3 hours to cook and you can do that hours before anyone arrives. You just have to finish them off with some barbecue sauce and serve.

Our world famous macaroni and cheese is a great side dish for the ribs and is a good stand-by for any vegetarians who are over to watch the game. If you want to cover your veggies in this dish then buy a pound of button mushrooms, clean then off, toss in olive oil, salt & pepper then back at 350 for 40 minutes or so, then mix them into the Mac ‘n Cheese before baking.

For a pre-made dessert, this gluten free brownie is an amazing sweet to cap off a rather filling meal.
