After the first week of the holiday party season I start reach maximum capacity for mini-burgers, shrimp bowls, filo wrapped anything and all of great holiday treats that are anticipated all year long. So at the mid-point between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I like to keep a few of the traditional items on the table then weave in some non-traditional dishes to get through the hump of the party season.
