Every Christmas, we like to plan two parties: One for the day the tree goes up and the other for when it comes down. At each event, it’s impossible for guests not to jump in and help us take care of the tree. With everything going on, it’s best to pick a menu that’s largely made in advance and needs only a bit of attention.
