Work Lunch

As you know, we do a lot of our work over a meal, well most of Washington does but we actually cook the food.  These lunches were once dubbed “power lunches” but they have calmed down a great deal over the years and there are now endless, but important, rules on who you can eat with, how much you can spend to name a few guidelines.  But that aside, when you figure all the rules,  you then have to focus on what is even more important:  cooking great food so everyone can have an enjoyable time.

Here is a quick lunch idea creating a very flavorful lunch that is easy to make.  This is a go-to meal at our office when we are having clients or others over to meet.  But these crispy skillet thighs are great anytime and anywhere.
