There is no question that bacon is delicious and necessary but if you really want to dial up the flavor in most things you would make with bacon, try crispy prosciutto for an intensified flavor.
- 6 ounces or prosciutto, sliced normally, not too thin
- Set your oven to 375 degrees and place the prosciutto on a parchment lined half backing sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes on the middle rack
- Remove and place on paper towels and use the same way you would with bacon
