I think a very good base for an appetizer is toasted brioche loafs that have been sliced just like regular supermarket bread. Β It’s a very simple process, select medium to high on your toaster and when complete cut off the edges and cut into 4 quarters and let cool.
This is the base for countless appetizers, mini sandwiches and other great snacks.
Thats quite a good one for the tea table !
