Everyone is South Carolina has their version of Pimento Dip…here is our version of this cheesy treat that we either just serve with crackers, mix into cheese and grits, broil over crostini and on and on…
Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup white extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room tempertature
- 1/2 cup pimentos, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of Tobacco sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Making it
Mix the ingredients together and let sit in the refrigerator for 3 hours to chill. If you want to dress it up add some roasted bacon.
