In Venice, everyone pops into Harry’s Bar for a Bellini, a drink they have made famous and serve at their amazing restaurants from Dubai to New York. These drinks are a great start for cocktails before dinner.
Makes 2 Bellinis
- 1/4 cup very cold white peach puree (only white peaches, never yellow). Look to see if a specialty food store near you has La Fruitiere du val Evil brand of white peach puree
- 3/4 cup very cold prosseco or whatever champagne you might have
Combine the two ingredients and put into two small chilled tumbler glasses.
