
There are too many uses for freshly roasted thick cut bacon from your butcher to list. Roasting bacon is very easy and does not turn into a splattering mess when cooking on the stove
Turn the oven to 400 degrees and place the thickly-sliced applewood bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 18 minutes then rotate pans in oven (unless you have only one and leave in the middle rack)..cook for another 8 minutes, or longer if you want crispier.
