Salted & Herbed Marcona Almonds

This is a quick and easy party bar snack.  I always make this and put them in bowls by the bar. The salty herbed nuts are a perfect drinking companion.


  • 4 cups of marcona almonds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt, start with 1 tablespoon and add as you think necessary
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of freshly chopped rosemary

This is a simple one: Just mix it all together. The marcona almonds are oily, so the salt, pepper and rosemary will mix in easily.IMG_9571
